I live on the first floor 1 bedroom apartment that has secure underground parking. It is opposite green space and a 10 - 15 min walk to the city and Braddon’s cafe precinct. I have a 8 yr old domestic male cat called Stitch who is totally indoors apart from my balcony. It is an apartment block of 11 units and is very quiet. Sunny and comfortable home close to public transport, shops and cafes. Daily tasks are to feed and walk the dog, feed the 4 chickens, and water the plants on the deck.
