Large 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house. We have a rear very large balcony that is Overlooking Nepean river. Leonay is on a golf course and a national park leading to Glenbrook and blue mountains.
Our shopping centre is a 5 min drive and Penrith westfields is approx 12 min drive. We have a cafe to walk to that is next door to a gym.

Our cedar and brick home overlooks bush land in Winmalee. It has large decks. Rear overlooks garden and front overlooks bush land. The gardens are low maintenance and we have a range of potted plants that require watering.
