This small 80s townhouse (with original features!) is perfectly situated between Tuggerah Lake and North Entrance Beach. You can fish/boat/cycle just across the road and the beach is just a 500m walk away. Enjoy the amenities and fun of The Entrance just across the bridge. It’s a short stay but it will be a good one! We are on an 90 acre farm with 2 miniature daschunds, 50 beef cattle, 1 horse, chooks and wild birds to feed.
Daschunds sleeps inside, border collie sleeps outside in cage. Cattle and horse just need observing. Chooks to be let out at lunchtime and lock up at night. Birds are fed on verandah.
