We live total Off Grid on a beautiful bush block in Fowlers Bay. (150km west of Ceduna) We are 4km out of town on the Hill with stunning views to the ocean, sand hills and town.
Total off grid means NO MAIN POWER OR WATER. We have solar and relay on rain water. Which means power is restricted (not to bad,just no vacum cleaning in the middle of the night etc...) and water... Read more

Double storey house with stairs., all 19 stairs lead upto the Living area and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Toilet upstairs too.
We would only be letting 1 bedroom to stay in as we'd like to keep the others un-occupied whilst we're away.
Rest of the house is ok to use.
2 cats, 1 female cavoodle who loves cuddles.
No medication for pets.
