Cat (Coruba) is a cuddle cat and needs companionship at night. Chooks need to be fed and locked into their coop at night. Door opens automatically every morning.
Cows need 1 bale of hay each day.
Large garden.
We are on tank water so usage must be monitored.

We live in a large two story, four bedroom house in spectacular beachfront location. Literally 20 steps to the dog friendly beach (off leash). Small easy care yard (with two active dogs we don’t have high expectations for the appearance of the yard).
