About this house sitting position in Abbotsford

Looking for a house- and catsitter for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar for a quiet 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace, in a secure apartment complex in Abbotsford. Pool, spa, sauna and rooftop BBQ facilities are available to residents. Two cafés, and a yoga studio are located within the complex. There is a large shopping centre with food court and cinema across the road. The tram stops right in front of the complex. The terrace is overlooking the Yarra river and the Yarra walking/cycling trail. Airconditioning/heating and high speed NBN internet are also available.

There are 2 beautiful 3-year old indoor cats to be looked after. Both are very social, playful, cuddly and affectionate. Apart from feeding and grooming, there are of course the litter trays that require the usual daily cleaning. And there can never be too much playtime!
Regular email and/or Skype updates during your stay will be much appreciated.

Also watering the trees and plants on the terrace, and the usual household duties to keep the place clean and tidy.

Strictly non-smoking, including the terrace.

As this is a longer stay, there will be a fee for the utilities of $100/wk.
