About this house sitting position in Albany

The house is brand new (actually still being built) so probably not too much work to do around the block. It is two storied with stairs leading to the upper floor where the kitchen / dining / lounge is situated. The house has lovely views over Middleton Beach, Lake Seppings and Oyster Harbour. The guest bedrooms are downstairs as well as the laundry and guest bathroom.

We have two medium sized dogs that will need daily walks. We have bush behind the house where we walk them. The dogs are well trained and very easy to care for. Our experience has been that people have always enjoyed looking after them.
We have a friend looking after the dogs and house for the first month of our time away. This person will provide a detailed handover, but if there was an opportunity for any interested persons to visit Albany before we leave we would appreciate being able to meet beforehand to show you through the house, provide an opportunity to meet the dogs and any further information that may be required.
