About this house sitting position in ALBION PARK RAIL

Hello, I am advertising a house sit for 2 cats Sir Reggie and Clive. Hoping for someone who works from home possibly? and it's a home near beaches galore!

Each day I get up at 6-6.30am let them out of the attached garage where they sleeping and feed them both. I then open the back garage door to the backyard and sit at a table and chair in my yard have a coffee and let them out for a while so they get some back yard time. (30 mins to an hour) Then I bring them back inside again if I am going to work or you are going out from 7.30am -3.30pm and just leave a window open that has a cat door in it into another side of the yard so if they still wish to go outside they can (but this spot they don't like quite as much) In the afternoon I come home and feed them at 3.30/4.30pm and let them out again in backyard again supervised as the backyard part is their favourite (they need this outside time or they get a bit miserable if kept inside all day) So think of it as instead of dog walking there's just some supervised yard time required per day that's it so it's a VERY relaxed and cruisy house sit. They are locked inside attached garage at night to sleep and have done this since kittens.
These two are very affectionate and loving puss cats with great personalities and I love them very much Clive loves to run out of the garage in the morning to come for cuddles in bed with you.
The kitty litter is very easy as it is a robot and cycles the litter each time a cat uses it so no poop scooping. There is no yard maintenance just a bit of plant watering if overly hot.

These is a roomba robot vaccume so easy house to keep clean, house will be clean and tidy for you and you can use all that you like to make your stay enjoyable. :) Home is by the lake in a quiet area with lovely considerate and quiet older age neighbours. Close to beaches shops cafes bushwalks so plenty to do during the day if you are not working/or weekends and close to a marina all within a 10 minute drive. Netflix and stan.
Very sorry no children pets or visitors- one cat is very upset by any children and will hide and gets stressed and takes a day or two to adjust to new strangers. .
