About this house sitting position in Alexander Heights

Large 4 bed, 2 bathroom home with granny flat and alfresco area with spa. We have 3 old dogs (that don't require walking as we have a huge backyard), a cat, weiro and 2 quails. All animals are outside animals only. I have a small veggie garden out the back that requires minimal care.
We are looking for a single person or couple (sorry no families) that have been house sitting for a number of years with references. We do not allow people except for you around/in our home & we have CCTV around our home (except in the alfresco area for obvious reasons) so we can keep an eye out. We also have a fantastic neighbour that keeps us informed when we are away.
We live in a very quiet area in walking distance to shops and take away outlets. We are currently renovating our home and are hoping to have the kitchen done by the time we leave, therefore, you will need to be neat and tidy and wipe down after yourself as you go.
No gardening will be required as this is taken care of, you will need to feed the animals once a day and make sure they have water and add chemicals to the spa once a night.
