About this house sitting position in altona meadows

We are going on holidays between 16/8/17 and 20/9/17 and are looking for someone to look after our family pets, Our fur babies are in doors with access to outside area.
Skara is a German short-haired pointer who is 12 years old , and needs medication morning and night.
Also
Max , Hope and Maggie are rescue cats who are 4 year old. The cats are a little timid but super friendly when they get to know you.

We have a train station about 2km away and buses around corner and shopping center very close.
you can walk to the beach through some lovely parks and bike paths.
