About this house sitting position in Altona North

Hi there, we are looking for someone (1 person or a couple) trustworthy, clean and responsible to look after:
- Our home (kept in the same condition it is received, collect mails, take out garbage bins weekly)
- 2 small dogs (toilet trained, friendly, fed twice daily, need daily walk)
- Some indoor plants to nurture :)

Our property is a modern duplex house, with a small front lawn and back yard. Some highlights of the property are:
- Guest room with 1 queen size bed and wall mounted TV with Chrome cast (the master bedroom and study will be unaccessible)
- Offstreet parking
- Netflix access
- Wifi access
- Central gas heating
- 400 walk to shops: IGA, Butcher, Fruit and vegetable shops, Bakery, Pharmacy
- 400m walk to swimming centre, golfing range
- 5km to beach
- 50m walk to nearest bus stop to train station
- 3km to nearest train station
- 15km to Melbourne CBD

Will require the following:
- Would prefer to meet up first to get to know each other a little :)
- Recent police check
- 3 references from 3 verified house owners (will require phone numbers)
- Standard house sitting agreement
- Ideally have Whatsapp app on phone
