About this house sitting position in Angels Beach East Ballina

We are a couple over 65, semi-retired professionals enjoying the opportunity to travel. We live 500 metres from a dog friendly beach, in an area surrounded by bush and wetlands but only 5 minutes from Ballina CBD with it's wonderful coffee and food culture; our home is 20 minutes drive from Byron Bay. The area is great for surfers, fishers, bird watchers, bush walkers etc and has a vibrant art and music scene. We do not have a pet currently ourselves but would like a sitter(s) to look after our garden (it needs regular watering), keep our home secure and ensure any immediate maintenance is attended to if urgent. We are good communicators and would like sitters who are proficient in use of email and would ring us in an emergency. We have a fairly large home with back to base security. We would expect the home to be well taken care of but would have the lawn mown. Our home is split level with 3 different levels having 2 steps each so is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Sitters would need to be non-smokers.
