Neat and tidy 2 b/r fully furnished Townhouse in a very quiet complex of 12 located 10 min walk (3 min car) to/from Birubi Beach and only metres away from the main Anna Bay shops and public transport .I have a 7yo black maltese x male (Gizmo) who needs looking after over Xmas.Walking him every morning and evening down on Birubi beach.No other duties involved -possibly water the back garden and clean up after yourself.There is a single lockup garage with access into/out the house from the garage.Ideally this place would suit a single mature person or couple or 2 singles who wish to relax and unwind and be very close to a wonderful beach.
