Two B/R Townhouse in a complex of 12.Very quiet neighborhood.Fully furnished and well stocked food pantry/fridge etc.I'm 3 min from the main shopping strip which has a baker,supermarket(Spar),butcher,pub and newsagent.There is also public transport (bus) that can take you to Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay.Birubi Beach is 3 min away from my front door together with the Stockton Sand Dunes
Gizmo (12yo) would like a walk every day and my garden (small) needs watering every 3rd day (depending on weather).The unit has all amenities and there's no other tasks required of you.Two bedrooms (QS beds) and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs another bathroom and kirchen,dinning area,formal dinning room,lounge and laundry.
