About this house sitting position in Annandale

Small but spacious and airy 3 bedroomed, fully air-conditioned home, easy to maintain. No pool. Located in a quiet court, on the Ross River in Annandale, Townsville, Qld, with lovely open views, easy access to a walking and bike path, cool breezes, plenty of parking for car and caravan. Although we're on the river, thankfully we did not have any flood water from the river on our property. We remained high and dry.
There will be an adorable golden labrador to care for during the first 3 weeks of your stay. The only other things needing care are an easy to maintain garden and pot plants. Some of the pot plants need regular hand watering .
