About this house sitting position in Annandale
Small but spacious and airy 3 bedroomed, fully air-conditioned home, easy t o maintain. No pool. Located in a quiet court, on the Ross River in Annandale, Townsville, Qld, with lovely open views, cool breezes, plenty of parking for car and caravan,
We have a rather geriatric cockatiel who loves company. The main things needing care are the bird, easy to maintain garden and pot plants. We are on water restrictions and hand-held hose watering times are 6 - 7am and 6 - 7pm Wed and Sun. Some newly planted trees and shrubs might need hand watering in between those times.
