About this house sitting position in Anula

Looking for an animal lover to pet/house sit

I live on a large suburban block, close to the supermarket, corner store, bus stops and park.
The house is a single storey 3 bedroom house, with a large verandah, lockable gates, off street parking, bbq and blow up spa.

Im looking for someone to pet/house sit while I go on short trips for work.
This would suit a tidy individual who loves animals. Unfortunately this isn't a party household due to pet anxiety.

I have one 2 year old dog who loves walks and hugs, she is protective of her yard but very obedient and not a nuisance barker.
I have three elderly indoor cats, two who have cancer. They are chill, clean, obedient and love a brush.

The property and tribe are relatively low maintenance. Im looking for a tidy, respectful individual who can confidently look after my darlings and if required for longer trips mow the lawn.
Police clearance and references preferred. Feel free to ask any questions.
