About this house sitting position in Aratula

We are located in the Scenic Rim catchment in a rural residential area of Aratula QLD 4309. On a small property - on just over an acre . Our home is high set with 3 bedroom, seperate bathroom, ensuite, lounge, dining area and chefs kitchen, we have a detached office off the verandah as well as a long covered verandah - nice on a sunny day for a cuppa or lunch. Access to our home is by way of stairs both back and front. We do have a two bay undercover carport for vehicles. Aratula is a lovely quiet location with very friendly neighbours.
We are a 10 minutes drive to Kalbar, (which is a very quaint village coffee shops few boutique shops ) 15 minute drive Boonah (small shopping village with IGA Supermarket, cafes, pubs, boutique shops etc) with major shopping centres only 45 minutes away to either Ipswich, Beaudesert and Warwick getting to Warwick is over the Cunningham Gap highway, but it is a lovely scenic drive over the Cunningham Gap. Warwick has a large shopping precinct.

We are looking for a couple who love dogs to look after our home and our two furry boys Astro is a 6 years old Dalmatian and Apollo 2 year old standard poodle.

They are best of friends and play well together and walk well together.

Both Astro and Apollo love their daily walk each morning and playing fetch ball in the afternoons at 4pm , I’m sure Astro can tell the time as he know when its ready for their ball play which is between 15 minutes to 20 minutes each day - depending on weather and the boys . Our two furry boys are house trained and they both sleep inside at night in their own beds on the floor in our room however we have woken up in the morning to find them at end of our bed, when we’re away we have a blanket on our bed just us case they sneak up.

We are happy with you to exploring the area leaving out boy in the yard , but request our boys not left alone for long extended periods maximum 4 to 6 hours or when dark.

You will have your own room with a king size bed, own bathroom and full access to the main house.

Depending on weather we would appreciated our plants to be watered located on the verandah if they require they will all be watered before we leave so this is only required depends on weather and length of time we are away, we also have a very small vegetable garden (Just getting ready to plant winter veggie so finger crossed my veggies will grow)

We are hoping to getaway away for a holiday in August for about a total of 9 days we are flexible with dates between 4 August 25 to 28 August 25
