About this house sitting position in Ashgrove

We are looking for an experienced pet sitter - single or couple - who meets the following diverse requirements:

- looking after two Russian Blue cats - Tinks (3 year old female) and PK (2 year old female ) - who spend most of their time indoors and love company.
Both cats are very affectionate and are used to having someone home most of the day.

- looking after Storm our 18 month old kelpie puppy. Being a working breed, Storm is VERY active and needs to be walked and run twice a day for at least an hour each time. We have a great park across the road where he is used to going and meeting up with many other locals and their dogs. There are also lots of walking tracks - bush and paved - to walk or cycle around. Storm is used to running next to the bike while on leash but he is very strong.
He is also very smart and strong willed and requires someone who has a lot of patience and experience with working dogs.

The house is a family home in Ashgrove, only 4 kms from the city centre: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with freshwater inground swimming pool. The house is opposite the Banks Street Reserve which features 80 acres of natural bush with creeks and walking tracks throughout. There are other large parks and cycle paths nearby. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with cafes, supermarkets and public transport all within walking distance.

We would like a house and pet sitter who is happy to spend a lot of time at home most days.

The freshwater pool has an automatic filter etc and should not require any maintenance while we are away.

We have three trips planned over the coming few months and I have listed each set of dates separately on the Mindahome website but ideally we'd like the same pet sitter for all three trips.
The first trip is 5 days in early October, the second is a week (over Christmas) and the third is 2 weeks in mid January.
