About this house sitting position in Austins Ferry

I have a large 2 storey home and the only access to kitchen and living areas is via stairs. I have numerous pets, 2 dogs (outdoor Rottweiler, indoor Chihuahua), 2 strictly indoor cats, poultry, and a couple of birds that require care if you were to stay. There is a large area up a relatively steep driveway for a caravan. There is a bus stop about 100m down the road with regular bus services to the greater Hobart area and a small shopping centre less than 5 minutes away by car. Lovely river views also.
I'm far from winning any housekeeping awards, but the house is clean, if cluttered/untidy, just as warning :)
I'd probably prefer a single person, mostly due to sleeping arrangements, I have a waterbed and a single bed and whomever I decide on will need to be ok with the chihuahua sleeping under the covers with you :D
