Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom weatherboard house with study, gas heating, split system & well maintained 1/2 acre of gardens. Our house is low maintenance with easy access to the Hume Fwy with Melbourne being a leisurely 90 minutes away. Avenel is in the heart of some well recognised wineries with Fowles Wines only a 2 minute drive away.
We have 2 awesome Labradors- one requiring tablets daily. Our 2 cats adore our dogs also - often finding them all in the one kennel in the cooler months.
