1 bedroom unit, use to be 2, now the brains of my unit, PC room, a very big collection of DVD's, fans throughout, A/C in 3 rooms, vast library, record player with 72 LP's, small backyard, two clotheslines-- rotary, horizontal, big potted garden, fire-pit, Space for a 4.5 mtr van next to unit, 240v electrical socket in rear yard x 2 runs two water-features
Internal garage with side door to the living room, not that you be using it as my 4WD is parked there, there is a car space out front with a security light
Definitely NON-SMOKERS of any kind
Would prefer a mature person/couple, someone who will enjoy everything Bundaberg has to offer and look after Scruffy. She gets fed once a day with 2 Woolworth's burgers, two water bowls (inside an out) plus bowl of dry food inside and her own bed, which is next to myself, Queen size, half an half each
