About this house sitting position in Avoca Beach NSW

We are looking for a sensible, animal lover to house sit and care for Genevieve (Cavoodle), Jonathan and Nimitabel (2 Burmese cats). Genevieve likes walks along the beach and around the local area and is the best little companion. The cats are very happy to share a sunny spot on the deck with you or solo. They are happy indoor cats. Jonathan needs medication regularly and is very easy going about it.

The "house sit" is in a little cabin / cottage in a holiday park at Avoca Beach. The cottage is new and has a master bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen dining living room but best of all is the sunny deck! Not to mention that Avoca Beach, the lagoon, the shops, the pizzeria and an historic cinema are a 4 minute drive (or short walk). The cabin has a washing machine. The holiday park has swimming pools and a spa. The cottage has about 6 steps up to the front deck, but is otherwise one level.

Appreciated chores include: feeding the dog and cats twice daily, plus treats, taking the dog for 2-3 walks per day, responsible disposal of droppings, giving Jonathan medicine (he's easy), changing water, checking and maintaining cat litter, interacting with animals, keeping house and garden clean, tidy and occasionally watered.
