About this house sitting position in Balaclava

I live in a 2 story apartment complex which has a security system and underground car parking. My home is 2 bedroom with a small balcony.
My Herbie was a rescue cat with all the issues that brings. I still cant pick him up but after 12 months he lets me pat him and will sit on my lap. He eats well and uses his litter tray regularly. I have family interstate and so away for usually about 7 - 10 days duration at a time. Herbie will hide in his "man cave" under the bed until he knows and trusts a new person in the home. He's no trouble and will come to you in his own time - typical cat!
I need a sitter from 4th July - 12th July and also 27th July - 8th August.
