About this house sitting position in Balga

Two-story house with a small, easily maintained yard. It's situated on a battle-axe block, providing a quiet and private setting as it's positioned behind another house. We are currently seeking a house sitter for the period of 1st Jan 2026 until 8th Jan 2026.

In addition to the comfortable living space, we have two Jack Russells who would love your company during your stay and go on walks with you. The house is modern and equipped with external security cameras, a doggy door, and you have the down stairs space. We currently have a room renter upstairs who comes and goes but is very quiet. You'll have access to free WiFi and utilities. The house is air-conditioned for your comfort. Some watering of the garden would also be required.

Convenience is key, with a bus stop right in front of the gate and a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. Shopping centers are in close proximity, and it's a 30-minute bus and train ride to reach Perth center. If you prefer the beach, it's just a 15-minute drive away.
