Modern and new large lowest home in Banksia Beach (Bribie Island) which backs onto and overlooks the popular golf course. Quiet and friendly owner occupied neighbourhood. Lock up (garage) and caravan garage available for use.
No animals permitted and non smokers only.
Would suit an honest & reliable mature aged and / or travelling couple given the lengthy stay. Retired couple who travel in our own caravan regularly.
National police check and references required - non negotiable.
General maintenance of lawn and pool duties required. Would appreciate a meet & greet at our home beforehand.
