Banksia Grove, Western Australia

About this house sitting position in Banksia Grove

Hi my partner and I have a small house in Banksia Grove.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a family room and a lounge.
There is no garden maintenance to be done as we have artificial grass.
We do have two large dogs who need to be taken for daily walks and they are inside dogs, as they love company and just like to be by your side and give lots of cuddles.
They do malt alot so the house would need to be vacumned daily.
There is air con in the main areas and there is foxtel available. Roller shutters for extra security at the front of the house.
One bedroom has been made in to an office which also has a single bed in it, which can be used for the sitter.
If a couple are interested in house sitting then the main bedroom may be used, fresh bedding would be provided of course.
I do run a family day care from home so there are a lot toys for a child to be entertained. Obviously the day care will not be open during house sits.
There is a coles nearby with take aways, cafe etc.
