My home is located within the 13th Beach Golf Links Estate which is 3km outside the seaside village of Barwon Heads
The surrounding region boasts some of the finest beaches in Australia and is blessed with an array of fantastic wineries on the doorstep
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
I have two well behaved miniature schnauzers that need to be cared for and exercised ....they love the beach nearby.
I also have a well presented mature garden that also needs watering during dry periods
