About this house sitting position in BATHURST

My property, Mount Calm, is on a hundred and sixty light acres at 900m, about half an hour from Bathurst. It has two houses. One is an Airbnb listed cottage for guests. The main house also has an Airbnb room. I have three dogs, three horses, an alpaca, two goats, seven hens and thirty crossbred sheep & lambs. There are also veggie patches, a sizeable garden and small orchard. Only the dogs, horses and chickens require daily feeding. The potted plants and veggie gardens need to be watered regularly.
House sitters with hospitality and large animal experience are preferred.
Your own pets are welcome as long as they're kept under control as there are sheep and horses on site. Smokers are also welcome; please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided 🙂
The Central West region has a wide range of tourist attractions and great restaurants, wineries, antique shops and galleries to visit. Depending on the time of year, it also hosts major motor racing, cultural and art events. There's plenty to see and do and the property is suitable for a wide range of pursuits like music, meditation, yoga (have mats, blocks etc.), reading (there's a substantial wide ranging library available here), bird watching, painting and drawing, jogging, cycling and photography.
