About this house sitting position in Beaufort

Rural off-grid property, 11 acres. Very quiet, except for all the birds. Some of the property is bush-land, some grass paddocks. I am looking for someone to live in the house and look after my 6 year old Kelpie while I'm at work in Melbourne during the week. I would come back on most weekends to visit the doggie.

While I might consider someone with an older female dog, I can't have any cats on the property as they are too destructive with the native birds and other wildlife. Even the smell of a cat would drive the birds away :(
