My home is an older style 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage near the beach. There is central heating and air conditioning The bedrooms and one bathroom have been recently renovated.
A small garden and the beautiful Ruby who is a 3 year old kelpie cross lives here.
Ruby is an indoor dog who is used to company so ideally a person or couple who are home a fair bit would be best.
