A farmhouse near Beechworth in an quiet country setting.
We are semi-retired farmers looking to get away for short breaks during the year 2021. The original home is the caretakers cottage and was built in 1940. It is of weatherboard construction and is comfortable, but without the bells and whistles of a newer house. Magnolia cottage has a split system aircon, electric HWS and is in a very quiet location in the country with no near neighbours. There are outstanding views to the west from the outdoor deck.
WiFi is available at our own house across the road. Situated in the picturesque North east of Victoria, it is ideally located to explore the many attractions in the area.
Our requirements are simple, keeping an eye on the property and feeding the poultry, collecting the mail, only light duties, there is no farm work required or encouraged.
We do however need references and a current police check.
