We live on a 5 acre block, 2 minute drive to local shopping centre and a 25 minute drive into Darwin city. It is the perfect combination of rural and city. The main house has 1 bedroom and then we have a granny flat with 1 bedroom, separate bathroom and a kitchen. We have 2 dogs and bird so we would require someone able to look after a bird without fear as he is only caged when we aren’t home.
