This sit is in an easy care, extremely conveniently situated ,single storey courtyard house,close to bus stops,shops,market,Mall, 2 swimming pools,lake,cinema,university etc etc..near the centre of Canberra.One bedroom plus study.One bathroom.
It would suit a dog-loving non-smoking female not in full-time work and able to be at home much of the day(s).
All that is required is company, lots of TLC, and 2 or 3 short daily walks for my ultra friendly miniature poodle cross dog.No gardening other than watering in courtyards
