3 Bed, 1 Bathroom immaculate single story house. Open Lounge, Dining Kitchen. Back patio undercover. 1 x independent British Shorthair cat around 8 years old. Quiet suburb close to parks and short drive or bus to Carindale Shopping Centre. Belmont Tavern and Woolworths Metro within walking distance. 15 mins by car to Wynnum/Manly Esplanade and walks along the coast. Train 10 mins drive away to Brisbane City. Foxtel available.
No mowing required. Sitter required to feed cat daily in the evening and water pot plants and garden once a week. Gardening knowledge/experience preferred. General house cleaning up after yourself and cat care only. Single woman with some gardening experience would be preferred. No overnight guests. Happy for lunch or dinner guests. No other pets. Car and car cover not available. Please bring personal items for use.
Happy to have the sitter for a minimum of 2 weeks and get multiple sitters as long as you are happy to handover to the next person.
