Modern, uncluttered 3 bed 2 bath unit with garage and small garden in quiet location at the back of a divided lot.
10 minute walk to supermarket, cafes etc. 20 minute walk to trails along Barwon river.
15 minutes drive from Geelong waterfront,25 minute drive from Surf Coast (Torquay, Barwon Heads).

We are looking for couple or single person, for 3-5 months (within the dates shown), prepared to do some garden maintenance, ie mow the lawn (50sqm) and keep weeds in check.
As we are looking for a long arrangement, we are reasonably flexible for a sitter to be away from the home for short periods.

We ask for a contribution to the energy cost of 50% of the usage, i.e., we cover the standing charge and the other 50%. For the 6 months over winter 2024 this was $328 out of $1100.
Our drive is shared and so it's not possible to have a vehicle on the property that won't fit in the garage (215h x 470w x 580d). There is free parking on the street.
