Close proximity to 4 local shopping centres; local theatre, Arts Centre, Botanic Gardens and parks, Royal Pines Golf course, Broadwater parklands at Southport, 7km from Surfers Paradise and beaches. Close to all amenities. We have 2 spoilt dogs (11yrs), sociable cat (10yrs) and 2 cockatiels (outside mini aviary). The dogs enjoy a daily walk or two at the beautiful parks in our local area and all our pets love and appreciate companionship.
