Hello. Our home is on a 1 acre rural block surrounded by farmland on the outskirts of Maitland and very close to the historic village of Morpeth on the Hunter River. We are only 5 minutes from a shopping centre, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only 25 minutes into Newcastle and a 45 minutes drive to Nelson Bay.way We live in a small modest house with air conditioning - very important at this time of year, an outdoor area with a BBQ and an outlook across the surrounding paddocks. The house doesn’t require any upkeep. Our daughter keeps her horses in the neighbouring paddock and comes by on a regular basis but not every day. We need need a caring person to look after our dog and keep an eye things for us whilst we are away.
We have an 11 month old border collie , Henry, who loves attention & being played with. He doesn’t really require walking as we have a large yard. He will just need feeding and some love and attention. Henry sleeps in the laundry at night but is generally an outside dog.
