About this house sitting position in Bibra Lake

We are looking for a person or couple to stay in our home between the 21 December 2021 to early Feb 2022. We prefer a non-smoker person(s) that can stay and look after our Koi and Gold fish that are easy care – basically feeding them and topping up water. We prefer someone with no pets as we also feed a family of friendly Magpies that visit our backyard, they live in a neighbors nearby tree.

We live in a large and comfortable house in Bibra Lake, 200 meters or so from the lake with is walking and push bike pathways. Apart from the usual shopping centres and fast food outlets, we are close to the Adventure World and the Ice Arena. Buses connecting to train stations and shopping areas pass the house with stops across the road. Our location provides quick access to the Kwinana Freeway and the Roe Highway. There are good connections to Fremantle, the City or Large shopping centres such as Garden City, Kardinya Shopping and Cockburn Gateway. The local Bibra Lake Shopping Centre has a popular café, small supermarket, chemist, medical centre and other facilities.

We are a mature, non-smoker couple, who love music and art. The house is in a reasonably quiet area, has all the modern facilities is secure, tidy and we offer accommodation in our guest bedroom with separate bathroom / toilet. There is a nice outdoor alfresco area at the back, with BBQ and back garden. Foxtel, Netflix, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air-con and large kitchen, as well as other facilities available for your use. Car park area in the driveway is spacious.

The house is easy care, no carpets. The gardens have reticulation system, although plants in pots will need hand watering.

Due to current Covid incoming restrictions, we need a house sitter(s) with some flexibility with the stay in our return in case we need to extend one or two weeks our trip for quarantine reasons. We could be flexible if you need to stay a couple of days before or after our trip.

Preferable if you have a current Police Clearance and, or references if you have done house sitting previously.
