About this house sitting position in Bickley
Our home sits on a large, mostly untamed, bush block on the edge of the Bickley Valley wine region, bordered by National Park. We are looking for someone to enjoy the tranquillity of our home for 8 nights, collecting the mail and feeding our cat, Samson (and the magpies).
The house is a quirky, 5 level home featuring rammed earth walls, slate floors and large windows overlooking the gardens. We have a 200 tree olive grove, perfect for walks and border the Korung National Park. We have lots of wildlife around, including kangaroos, possums and 7 friendly (and hungry!) magpies.
Our master bedroom and the nursery are air conditioned for summer night sleeping comfort. Ceiling fans adorn almost every room. Our large outdoor deck and BBQ are perfect for enjoying the balmy evenings watching the sunset.
Your own car is a must, as we are not near any public transport. Kalamunda is 6 minutes drive away, with public transport links here, as well as a plethora of cafes, gorgeous shops and the Kalamunda Farmers Market.
