Low maintenance, country home, set in natural bushland. Slow combustion log heater in the main lounge with air con. The home has gas cooking. Close to the Gwydir River and stunning bush walks. Gardens are mainly indigenous, plantings, with some lawn mowing may be required. A short walk from Bingara’s main shopping precinct and 45 minutes to Inverell’s vibrant facilities. Broadband and usual amenities. Solar electricity during the day.
General requirements are general housekeeping needs, minimal gardening. Dog walking morning and evening is also needed for a beautiful, hungry and funny, rescue dog called Drax. He enjoys company throughout the day and is very sociable and easy-going. There are some great on lead and off lead dog-friendly parks closeby.
