About this house sitting position in BIRTINYA

We reside in a new large penthouse on the 8th floor with a large veranda facing north, over looking the ocean and Lake Kawana. Our apartment is surrounded by walking/riding paths, multiple parks and a large lake. Our complex has a pool and gym. We have a separate media room. Guest bedroom has a walk-in robe and king size bed. Birtinya shopping centre is a 10 min walk and Bokarina Beach is a 15min walk or 5 min drive. We are close to the beach, shopping centres, cinema, amenities and restaurants. We are looking for a trusted clean, non smoking, retired, energetic couple that can walk our beautiful, trained, well behaved 9 year old Cavoodle daily and water our pot plants. We would prefer someone living in South East Qld. Genuine dog lovers only who are committed to spending time with our fur baby please. References are required.

“We had a wonderful 4 week house sit looking after Laraine and Russell’s adorable cavoodle Luca. Their apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with the most amazing views! Birtinya is a lovely, friendly suburb with so many great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches close by. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk and we caught the bus a couple of times to other locations on the Sunshine Coast. Laraine and Russell were very welcoming. They gave us clear instructions and all Luca’s food had been prepped so looking after her was easy. We became very fond of her. She was so well behaved and loved her walks. We are going to miss her! Thank you Laraine and Russell for this opportunity. We would love to come back again.”
