About this house sitting position in Black Mountain
Halfof large home, includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/family and large deck. External spa.
On about 10 acres, but only a small fraction is mowed.
Very private.
Good parking.
Need to look after 1 dog and 1 cat, both getting on a bit ,but very good natured.
We are located about 8km from Cooroy which has very good amenities.
Unfortunately, a major landslide in the February floods has closed our main road access and a detour of about 16km is now required, some on well maintained gravel roads.
