5 acre rural block,17 klm from town,literally at the end of the road,very quiet. House moved to site 8 years ago so utilities all fairly new.House is 2 bedroom with separate accommodation which sleeps 6.Have 2 very spoilt dogs and 2 retired Standard Bred horses..very tame,love people ,easy to catch/or ride..at your risk.Also look after another 2 horses for an absentee owner,feed and check on them every 2 days.Site is on hill overlooking iron bark scrub /cattle properties views extend to horizon .Some garden to care for/mainly watering and maintenance.At this stage supply of water is good..tankwater..but drought has been tough...not much green feed
