Situated halfway between the Adelaide city and Glenelg (beach) our easy to care for villa style home is an easy stroll to the train (5min) or tram (15min) and adjacent a greenway i.e. bike path if you enjoy cycling. Lovely garden and offstreet parking for one car.
Our aged cat Henry, sleeps 22 hours a day and enjoys being brushed along with some attention.
