Two storey home adjacent to world heritage park and Govetts Leap lookout. Adult female 70 to remain in home and living downstairs with bad hip - does not require personal care of any type but not mobile enough to do household chores such as putting out garbage and shopping and lives only downstairs. Kitchen and living is downstairs. Guest room is upstairs with bathroom, TV and internet and balcony. Also cat feeding and litter change.
