About this house sitting position in Blackmans Bay

Sunny three bedroom house with water views throughout most of house. Located on very quiet cul-de-sac and about 20 minutes drive to Hobart. Main bathroom has spa bath and house has a treadmill you can use. House has aircon/heatpump and unlimited broadband and paid tv (fetch tv). Large rear yard and animal flap on laundry door for small animal access (whether your own small pets can be considered will depend on our landlords approval). Supermarket/Hill St grocer, post office/newsagency and takeaway within walking distance. Close to Blackmans Bay Beach and Kingston Beach.

We will be away overseas 09/12/2018-01/01/2018. All that is required is that the garden is watered and fat cat is looked after (he's not particularly affectionate/needy, you may only see him at meal times ha).
