Neat, fully renovated two bedroom cottage in Blacktown
Bus stop nearby, train station a good twenty minute walk or the bus stops on the next corner
West Point shopping centre close by
Pub within walking distance
Featherdale wildlife park nearby

Easy level yard, one lawnmowing session required within the time we are away. The yard will need to be watered as well as it will be November
The house has split system as in living area and a seperate one in the main bedroom. All other rooms have ceiling fans.
Small house dog who loves company and walks. Dog sleeps inside and is generally inside when we are at home. She is quiet, loves adults, well mannered, likes a walk, likes affection, house trained with doggie door. Penny is a small dog crossed cavalier/terrier & sleeps a lot
