2 bedroom apartment with sunroom

We have a beautiful roof terrace, a sun room and kitchen with all necessary appliances. We are located in Bondi Beach (South Bondi) and are 3 minutes walk from the beach (5 minutes from the famous coastal walk!)

Beautiful, healthy 2 year old ragdoll cat (named Jerry) to look after. He is an indoor cat that's very friendly and affectionate - loves a cuddle on the sofa and likes to be around humans (so if you work from home, he will be a good companion!)

Cat care needs:
He will need feeding once per day in the evening (around 5/6pm) - he has an automatic feeder that goes off in the morning, so you can have a sleep in.

We also have an automatic litter box, but it can be glitchy, so need to make sure that there is litter in it and, that it is cycling the waste properly.

We have a water fountain that ensures he has access to clean water - top ups will be needed as he is a thirsty boy who drinks a lot!

We don't have AC but we have 2 fans that are great to keep you cool.
