About this house sitting position in Bouvard

Wanting house sitters and to mind our black tabby cat and 8 chooks (free eggs) for 1 month over Xmas and New Year (20/12 - 20/1). Home is 20 minutes south of Mandurah in a leafy area, just 5 minutes to the beach and 1 minute to the estuary. 4 x 2 home with great outdoor entertaining area. Nice gardens on 900 sq metre block and we would expect these to be maintained. Home has huge workshop at the rear, reverse cycle air conditioning, solar hot water unit with booster and solar photovoltaic panels. Bouvard, our locality in Mandurah is 100km south of the capital city Perth. A bus service is 5 minutes away, although we have an early morning and later afternoon service within 200 metres. Train is 20 minutes away by car. There is a large grocery store within 5 minutes and shopping centre 10 minutes. Doctor and chemist are 5 minutes away. You will have use of 65" TV with Netflix, bluray player and stereo. ADSL2+ internet with a generous monthly data allowance is available. There is room for several cars and a caravan/boat if necessary. Some gardening and lawn mowing (small area) required. There may be a further opportunity to house sit next April for up to 2 months.
